In this form, you are (as a singular person) making this wish. If you want to wish the same as a group of people (as "we" but not "I"):

Londra'dan en iyi dileklerimizle.

If you have to add England (which is not needed and actually doesn't contribute the vocal flow, as it comes in the beginning of the sentence):

�ngiltere, Londra'dan en iyi dileklerimle / dileklerimizle.
