My comment:

"oddar" is a neologism modelled upon «radar»: od(our) + (ra)dar = very sensitive olfactory sense, which, depending on the context, could mean not the olfactory capacity in itself but an extremely well-developed intuition.

Hi Jaroslaw,
I think this is a mistake or some kind of expression used meaning 'sense of smell/odour'. I looked the word up in the ref. below and no hits came up.
