aapka swaagat hai

My comment:

The phrase translates as "you are welcome", as this is the form normally used.
If a concise translation is required for the word 'welcome', it would be 'swaagat' (and not 'swaagatam' which would be Sanskrit - though I have heard people using that term in a formal situation).
By the way, I thought the asker wanted a translation in Hindi "writing', in Devanagri script. I may be contacted for that by email if required.

My comment:

Normally welcome means you are welcome. In Hindi you cant say swagat. You have to say swagat hai.
