clubs with authentic greek bouzouki music

My comment:

Bazouki Music is one of the most popular forms of live music for Events. A Bazouki has a special sound all unto it's own that creates a feeling no other instrument can.
"Bouzouki is the instrument that is synonymous with Greece"

music clubs where you can hear Greek folk music

My comment:

Bouzouki is a Greek Musical Instrument. It comes in 2 forms: 8 stringed mainly and 6 six string. It became famous through music from Zorba the Greek and Never on a Sunday. The Irish Bouzouki is derived from the Greek version.

Famous Greek Bouzouki music players are Zambetas, Christos Nikolopoulos, Manolis Hiotis, Lemonopoulos, Vamvakaris, Bournelis, Mitsakis, Tsitsanis and more.

The basis of Greek Music are the scales. They are called Dromi (Roads). They have interesting names like Sambah, Rust, Hitskar, Ouzam etc. The instrument is used mainly for playing as a lead instrument or as a filler when a singer sings. The name of the strings are D (highest), A, F and C.
