It was a little difficult to use a simple translation equivalent after reading some Web pages. I suggested three above.

I found on the Web this “Cartas Normalizadas” expressions mainly on some Spaniard Web pages and it is referring to Normalization for envelopes and positions of Address on the envelope.

This seems to be following the work that UPU (Universal Postal Union) is doing regarding letters Post standardization. See for more information:

Norma = standard
Normalizar = to standardize
