In nomine Patris et Filii et Spritus Sancti

My comment:

I was too quick in answering and my colleague is rght. Behind in nomine, a genitive must come and the genitive case of Pater is Patris, the genitive of Filius is Filii and the genitive case of spriritus is spriritus (4th declension like manus) and sanctus (adjective) gives sancti (like dominus)
