בילתי נישכח = never forgotten = bilti nishkach
לעולם לא אשכח=I'll never forget = le olam lo eshkach
לעולם אל תשכח=never forget (you) = le olam al tishkach

My comment:

kh stands for the sound of the hebrew 8th letter, similar to the spanish "j".

there's more, depends on the context. also on the connotation: is it an event? or a dead person? an admonition? if the latter, than it should be something like "al tishkakh le'olam etc.

You didn't give enough context: what won't be forgotren? Masuline/feminine? Singular/plural?

The above means: it/he will never be forgotten.
