No creo que el t�rmino "screw " sea el adecuado en tanto no significa que se tuerza sino que se estropea en forma casi definitiva.

Creo que "screw" es demasiado informal y no estoy muy segura de que tenga esa acepci�n (al menos no en mi Oxford).
Me he acordado de un cap�tulo de Friends en el que a un personaje (Monica Geller) le pasan una serie de "desgracias" y muy deprimida utiliz� justamente esta expresi�n.
