Hola, estoy traduciendo la carta de un restaurante y me surge una duda, cómo poner "Primer Plato" o "Primeros Platos" y "Segundo Plato" o "Segundos Platos".
En Francia la carta de un restaurante se suele dividir: - Entrées / hors-d'œuvre, - Poisson, - Viande, - Plateau de fromages, - Dessert.

Se podría traducir así:
Primeros Platos: "Entrées"
Segundos Platos: "Plat de résistance"

My comment:

"Plat de résistance" ne figure pas sur les cartes: c'est plutôt une expression utilisée par les clients ou lors de repas familiaux. Sur les menus de restaurants populaires on a souvent: entrée + plat ou plat + dessert = 10 euros (par exemple).
