Je pense que binge est employé comme modificateur (première partie d'un nom composé et streamer est un néologime pour désigner ceux qui font du "streaming".

Autre option: les boulimiques du streaming / téléchargement. La proposition de Claude est très bonne, mais si vous traduisez déjà "music junkies" par les accros à la musique, il faut une autre expression pour la fin. ma dernière traduction est plus proche du sens de "binge".
