My comment:

Depending who this is as a company different companies calculate the number of times they were employed by the employer. Say it is an accounting firm and they were employed by this employer 4 times for the year prior to start of job whether they will be needed quarterly or more.

I think the organizers reserve the right to change the number of monthly instalments or adapt it to each participant.
