Yo mantendr�a el nombre en espa�ol, con la traducci�n entre par�ntesis o en N.T. Puedes usar la expresi�n arriba a "School of Economics of the National Polytechnic Institute".

No hace falta hablar de "Higher" School of Economics, bastando con School of Economics. Vea estos ejemplos:
