... but the French is in fact an 'anglicisme' as it should be 'avantages accessoires'. Have a look at the website I attach below and other references if you GOOGLE: benefices marginaux, fringe benefits.

Il s'agit en effet de vocabulaire enfantin et le demandeur le sait puisqu'il (elle) classifie sa question de Easy. N'a--t-il (elle) pas de dictionnaire ? Je croyais que ce site était destiné à aider les collègues dans leur travail et non pas les débutants paresseux qui ne veulent même pas ouvrir leur dictionnaire...
