"Nachsteuer" is normally used in the sense of a tax that should have been collected but was not collected by the tax authorities due to oversight or some other reason, but will have to be collected now.

Bei DER Reform DES ... m�sste es hei�en. "Reform im Herzen" - was soll das sein??
"Nachsteuerbarkeit" gibt es - jedoch in Steuer-Angelegenheiten, NICHT bei Steuerungen oder Kontroll-/ �nderungsfunktionen, die hier vermutlich gemeint sind.
Ich w�rde nach dem ORIGINAL-Text fragen, damit man den Sinn
