Ex. If you abandon your mansion in Monaco for 20 years, I'll go and live there and refurbish and renovate, therefore it is mine, or it will appear it is mine, so legally it is mine. :)

Bertrand I think this is the old theory that says that "What seems to be actually is" (Salazar would advocate this theory in politics) (the country people would also say about this: "If you're not a wolf, don't dress with its skin")... Just a thought... I'm not sure
