La primera respuesta es correcta. Quien da el poder (mandante) es llamado en ingles "Principal", y quien lo recibe (mandatario) es llamado "Agent or Attorney-in-Fact".

"Principals" can also be used, but constituent is more accurate since it is the person appointing another to act in his behalf.

Creo que es un tienes un tipo o la palabra está separada, debe ser demandantes.
I think you have a typo or the word is separated it should be demandantes
