Restitution may be the result of voiding a contract, but it is not the action of voiding it per se. Yet again, someone who finds it difficult to write in English is offering translations into English.

revoked or voided

My comment:

When a contract is withdrawn or cancelled, these are the terms usually used in legal documents.
Incidentally, the German word in question suggests a reversal.

I like reversed in this context. Revoked or voided --are-- used a lot.

the contract becomes not effective or CANCELLED

My comment:

I am agreed with Mr.Klaus Kaufmann answer-cancelled. On the ground - WITHDRAWN - best usage is for the financional institutions but not contract in general

Why do you translate into English when you cannot write a correct English sentence? It's not 'not effective' but 'ineffective'. The rest of your answer is best left without comment...
