My comment:

I believe that in English you have to name the company instead of "works" or "factory" etd., like SIEMENS/Philips/Miele ... customer support engineer,
unless the person is working in the factory only (not travelling to visit the customers) - then It's
"inhouse" customer support or customer service engineer.
