My comment:

Vice President is correct for US/Canada, but the corporate structure is different in the UK so for UK English this would be a Deputy M.D.

My comment:

Job titles in French are very misleading, especially the delegue part. This particular job title has had many discussions in other forums and this translation seems to be the general consensus
