The word 'confirmee'', in my opinion, most nearly equates with 'established'

The term “confirmé” is not likely part of a title, it’s frequently used in want-ads though. It just means “experienced” or “seasoned”, terms that you will find in American want-ads

Accredited / Certified = with appropriate academic degree and confirmation of knowledge and skill by Professional Board and not only with non-proven experience.
