This is a literal translation. If the meaning is more like "You only live once", "Du lever kun en gang" would be better.

You may want to get a few comments on this translation before commencing the tatooing... Another way to say it is: "Bare ett live å leve" which means "Just one life to live" if that's what you want to say. However, I do like the above translation.
