My comment:

Kann persönlich :-) auf die Schnelle keine bessere Variante finden. Vom Inhalt her scheint mir die vorgeschlagene Variante zwar ein bisschen umständlich, aber sachlich 100 % richtig und exhaustiv - d. h. die Botschaft dieses kaum zu übersetzenden "personenidentisch" kommt voll ganz und unverfälscht rüber.
