My comment:

If it is a sign board in front of a bar or something, then we need not go too deep into the meaning of "art giveaway" . Art giveaway would actually mean "regalos de artefactos". For a sign board, I think, above translation would be more suitable.

In Diccionario Larousses Espanol/Ingles, giveaway=obsequio (en el sentido de regalos gratis.
