Die beiden Übersetzugen unten sind m.E ok. Ich möchte eine weitere Version anbieten: "Sofort-Kauf", wird bei ebay benutzt.

Sofortlieferprogramm ginge sicher auch, wobei ich auch hier lieber Schnelllieferprogramm sagen würde. Oder: Artikel aus dem Programm zur Schnell-Lieferung
