heredo has to do with heredity and collatereaux is collateral so let us guess that it means that what is in the person's historical past all that can be collected from the past pertaining to that person.

Since it does actually exist in English there is no need to complicate matters by expanding it. I'd just go for it. Medical terms are frequently literal translations in the various languages because that is what expresses the meaning best.
