"I, Samuel - am not not in the least delighted (to see you). We"

My comment:

The meaning is ambiguous without more context. It could also that mean the speaker is reminding the other person that he is Samuel.

nothing interesting, not a single thing.

My comment:

well, actually I kind of translated it to Russian then to English, because in Russian it at least makes sense , as they have a saying which somehow sounds like the same...or it's simply my fantasy...but I think it made sense , didn't it?

Agree about context which should be more explicit

My comment:

Please give more details, for example the following sentence starting with "Nos"

Context please

My comment:

I disagree with both answers, but the context you are giving is contradictory. If you meet someone "by chance", there is no purpose for that meeting, therefore there should not be a "para aclarar lo sucedido" phrase afterwards. So, either there was a purpose or not for the meeting, and if there was one, then the meeting was not by chance. So both answers you received have nothing to do with what you are saying there. Please give us more context to help you out.

I agree. The sentence is too vague. More context, please.

Me, Samuel. There was nothing all the delightful or boring/annoying/problematic/dorky about it.

My comment:

Without too much context to fo on, I've given you several possibilities, based on what I found in Collins Robert.
