Il manque simplement une virgule ou un point (à voir selon le contexte) après "loosened"dans la phrase source :
"........on the alternator from above) before the tension bolt can be loosened tension adjustment bolt is pointing towards the front of the car...."
ce qui donne la traduction suivante :
"...sur l'alternateur vu de dessus) avant de pouvoir desserrer la vis de tension. La vis de réglage tension est orientée vers l'avant du véhicule..."
