Context:

it is a claim where the appellant is still not satisfied with the answer he got.

Keywords:

I do not understand the term tempestivamente here- I found it meant "quickly"? context: provvederà a inviare tempestivamente copia de presente ricorso all'intermediario con raccomandata AR
