Need and Urgency Decree

My comment:

En ocasiones también se ha utilizado el término "necessity and urgency decree".

Ver estos textos:
President Fernando De La Rua, signed among others the Need and Urgency Decree Nº 1278/2000 about Work Risks, that modify some aspects of the regent legislation in the area ( Law 24.557 - Work Risks Law ).
President Carlos Menem used a "necessity and urgency" decree to modify the national broadcasting law, thus enabling the concentration of ownership of radio and television broadcasters.
