A ghrá mo chroí

My comment:

This means literally "Love of my heart". "Mo shearc" means "My darling". "My love" can also be expressed as "A stór". These are the versions to use if you are addressing someone. If you wish to refer to someone as "my love" then "mo ghrá" is the correct version but is not correct as a form of address.
