Other

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

what does this mean in English

Context:

Selmice lutko moja Volim te

Keywords:

The answer of pavle  See profile was rated best

Selma, honey, I love you

My comment:

This is not the most litteral translation. It is much more expressive in Bosnian. For one, the author used the diminutive form of the name Selma (Selmica - "little Selma") as a term of endearment. Also, "lutko moja" litterally means "my doll", "my pretty one", another phrase of endearment.
