Context:	ARCHITECTURE: according to my client, a "mission complète" is where the architects are not working with a property developer; a "mission conception-réalisation" is where the firm is working independently and has more freedom. Anyone know what the English terms are?

Suggestion. If I understood correctly, you mean the building is being constructed but it is not the architect who is responsible for its construction. Here we're talking about the scope of the architect's project remit. In the mission complète the architects have more freedom because they are not accountable to a property developer. In the C-R configuration a developer is actively involved. There are 2 other types of "mission" : "de synthèse" and "de base", which I also have to research. Thanks very much for the reference.
