ristoranti rifacentisi a una sola etnia

Context:

Bisogna comunque segnalare due zone dove i ristoranti etnici sono più concentrati: la prima è quella già citata della zona tra le vie Paolo Sarpi e Canonica, in zona Sempione, e l'altra è quella compresa tra la Stazione Centrale e il corso Buenos Aires, soprattutto attorno a Porta Venezia, dove si è insediata una nutrita comunità straniera; qui non vi è una netta prevalenza di ristoranti rifacentisi a una sola etnia, bensì si è di fronte a un'area culinariamente multiculturale.

My comment:

I think it means that these restaurants do not belong to a single ethnic group. Rifacentisi seems to mean 'reflects back' or 'refers back' in most examples I found: https://www.google.com/search?q=rifacentisi+definizione&oq=rifacentisi+definizione&aqs=chrome..69i57.10431j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
