Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

This is from a building permit for Algeria. Other abbreviations mentioned are APC for people's Municipal Committee and DTP for department for dealing with complaints. Before this, there was a paragraph which mentioned if the acceptance report had been issued or not (it had been issued as there were no issues). Then comes :Ont signé en minute: and this list: P/APC; Le SUCH (haven't found what this is yet); l'ispecteur d'urbanisme; la Protection civile; DTP; DHWO; le demandeur; l'architécte du projet. And a signature where there is 'civil protection so this part was filled just be that person. I would like to leave them in French but explain what they are. TY.
