Language pair:

Spanish > English

Subject:

General

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

y los ojos brillando febrilmente

Context:

The woman in question is suffering from a fever. "And her eyes were burning with fever"?

Feverish eyes, or your option "burning with fever" will do nicely too

My comment:

From the scene presented it has nothing to do with passion. It's more of a physical issue. She's sick, she's barely aware of her surroundings, and she has that glazed look in her eyes from the fever.
