Language pair:

English > French

Subject:

General

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

be implied to

Context:

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed or implied to transfer or convey to You any of X’s proprietary rights in the Web Application

The answer of CMD  See profile was rated best

[ici] clause tacite (implicitement incluse)

My comment:

Aucune mention dans les présentes Conditions d'Utilisation ne doit être interprétée comme vous conférant ou transférant tous les droits de propriété de X sur l'application web, ni ne doit être considérée comme une clause tacite (implicitement incluse).

My references:

ad implied [here: legal term!], i.e. it's assumed, presumed and not expressed --> validité présumée, supposée, prétendue

ad proprietary rights, i.e. all trade secret, patent, copyright, mask work and other intellectual property rights throughout the world
--> notion plus large que "droits d'auteur"
