Stick with the English-language title "Vanity Fair" in Kazakh, if you are referring to the magazine. Depending on your audience you may be able to use the Russian translation in order to find a Kazakh one.

My comment:

As a title, this is a good candidate for transcription rather than translation. Use журнал "Вэнити фэр" if you simply need to refer to the magazine by name. If you need a literal translation, it will be something like "выставка тщеславия".
