Le K-BIS (ou KBIS) : Document officiel attestant de l'existence juridique d'une entreprise commerciale, d�livr� par le registre du commerce et des soci�t�s, et qui est la "carte d'identit�" de l'entreprise.

Je ne sais pas s'il existe un �quivalent en Angleterre!! A votre place, je consid�rerais K-BIS comme un nom propre et ne le traduirais pas, quitte � le faire suivre d'une explication (du nom d'un document �quivalent anglais) entre parenth�ses.
