My comment:

Panismo the name for what the PAN stands for (Political party in mexico Partido Accion Nacional) and what it is implying is that teh whole PAN wave and the support for the followers of this party are growing fast.

Yes...? but... as far as I know, the PAN is a political party in Mexico and it appears that this particular question relates to Puerto Rico.
