Olá Isabel Encontrei estes termos, mas apenas tenho a certeza de que em pt-pt o termo será "tostas". Haverá outros termos mais conhecidos e correntes como: "empadinhas ou barquetes de camarão" (pt-br) ou pastéis de camarão (pt-pt). Espero ter ajudado!

PS: the expression empadinha is better used when it places the filling of shrimp inside of the mass and it places them in small forms to lead to the oven. barquetes is baked without the shrimp pate, which is placed later. Often, the 'biscoitos de camarão' are fried.
