"Convenient" in this case is a false cognate for "que le convengan". The meaning is "suitable or fitting". Convenient in English in this sentence would mean something that is easy to get (such as in convenience store--a store that makes it easy to get what you need at short notice)--or that is close by (go to whatever office is more convenient for you).
