La famille Boudreau est le producteur d'un vin fabuleux.
La famille Boudreau est productrice d'un vin légendaire
My comment:
In such a case "liqueur is in the wide sense of "wine". In addition I put the verbe in the singular form, because the word "family" is a sigular word, even if as a sense collectivity.
