My comment:

From medical translations I have done, a few times I came up with this word and consulting withsome friends who are doctors, most of the times they mean Vaginal Douches ( you can either buy them or make them yourself once you have the proper plastic bottle)........... if you want to put it in a different more simple way, You can say " it is recommended that you wash the vaginal area with Chamomile water, twice a day"........ that way you can not go wrong. t is simple and translates exactly what it says..... the second may be your best choice , specially if what you are translating are instructions.
Good Luck!!!
