The context being legal procedures regarding unwed mothers, this can only refer to a situation where the pregnancy can no longer be concealed, and becomes apparent and obvious.

Some other possible alternatives (to "disclosure"):
revelation
establishment (legally)
confirmation
discovery

My comment:

as in act or condition of being exposed. I think it is more a case of revealing actual pregnancies, rather than an exhibition about pregnancy, given the context that follows

I guess because ''l'exposition'' means ''orientation'' or ''exposition'' in English. ''grossesse'' is ''pregnancy''. So I can imagine it's talking about any event concerning orientation or parenting information. So, maybe ''parenting orientation'' or ''pregnancy orientation'' ...
