Il n'existe pas d'expression idiomatique en français. Cependant, selon le contexte; on pourrait traduire cette expression de la manière suivante: les semblables s'attirent (par exemple, en parlant de "vibrations"... ou, si on parle d'environnement professionnel, on pourrait utiliser le mot "pair".
