redundar.

(Del lat. redundāre).

1. intr. Dicho especialmente de un líquido: Rebosar, salirse de sus límites o bordes por demasiada abundancia.

2. intr. Dicho de una cosa: Venir a parar en beneficio o daño de alguien o algo.

Es como si diciera: resulta en la integridad del sistema (results in the integrity of the system)
