My comment:

It's definitely income tax. I can be personal income tax (sobre las personas fisicas) or corporation tax, depending on how it is qualified, but it is definitely tax on income, in English, INCOME TAX. Hope that helps.

As a note, The Mexican equivalent of the Internal Revenue Service, which handles taxes, is SHCP-Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
