the movement of the beamer has to be adjusted in X-/Y-direction ...
that's the translation for Strahlerbewegung used wihin the X-Ray sector

however, if you mean there is the word "Strahlenbewegung" printed on a pushbutton, I would choose "beam movement"

My comment:

"StrahleRbewegung" (as opposed to "StrahleNbewegung") looks more like a (e.g. paint) spraying context to me. The PC aspect has only to do with the controlling software, not with the operation itself.
