My comment:

"devis en bonnet difforme" is a pun, so you have to refer to the context to translate it. It stands for "devis en bonne et due forme" and the translation I gave you is for that. I think the idea is that the estimate is somehow crooked or incorrect ("difforme"). The best thing would be to find something funny which sounds like "due form" or "duly executed".
