If it is for a title then "Time for Appearance" seems like a good choice. I could not get the inquiry at first because you did not provide the phrase in Spanish to make a good assertion of the translation.

Titles in legal documents are difficult to find, match or translate.

Este tipo de órdenes judiciales, en inglés se llaman "Writ of summons", entonces habremos de entender "summons" (sí, en plural) como emplazamiento.
Lo que puede debatirse más es la expresión "objeto del", que podría traducirse como "object of the", lo cual me parece lo más acertado.
Espero haber llegado a tiempo. :)

En esta orden no aparece ninguna expresión parecida a "objeto de emplazamiento", porque depende de la fórmula empleada para cada modelo de emplazamiento, lo cual varía de un país al otro.

Si miras este, verás como la expresión "object of the summons" se usa en una definición. Dice: "The object of the summons is to notify the defendant that he has been sued."
